Section six
The brand name is one thing, the company name another
The brand is what you see in the advertising, the company is what is written in the document, and in a dispute the party is the company. We read that name for nine operators, and not for one.
Four things taken from ten operators' own documents: the jurisdiction and number of the licence, the amount above which the terms start talking about identity verification, the declared withdrawal limit, and the company in whose name the site runs. Every figure carries the clause number it came from. A blank cell means we did not read that information — not that the value is zero and not that there is no limit. None of these licences is an Indian permission; no such permission exists in India at all.

Two names, two different things
Every online casino has two names. The first is the brand name — short, memorable, the one that appears in the advertising. The second is the name of the company in whose name the site is registered, and it is usually found in some paragraph of the terms and conditions or in fine print at the very bottom of the page.
This distance is not created on purpose, but it persists. The brand name does the marketing work and therefore appears everywhere; the company name does the legal work and therefore stays where legal documents stay. The reader remembers the first name and goes looking for the second only once something has gone wrong.
The practical difference is straightforward. A brand is an identity; a company is a legal entity. In a complaint, a dispute or a document it is the second name that matters, not the first. That is why this information deserves a separate cell in this site's table, while on most comparison pages it is not there at all.
The nine names that were read
Nine companies are recorded from the documents we read.
Behind Rocketpot is Danneskjold Ventures B.V. Behind Bitcasino.io, Moon Technologies B.V. Behind Wild Fortune, Metlait SRL. Behind DuckDice, Zentari Limitada. Behind Empire.io, Pixel Entertainment Limited. Behind Metaspins, 3–102–959384 SRL. Behind Rainbet, RBGAMING N.V. Behind Shuffle, Natural Nine B.V. Behind Wild.io, Stack Gaming Ltd.
The tenth name is Vave, and for it we did not read this information — just as all its other cells are blank, so is this one. It is the paying partner of this site, and its row carries the least information; there is no reason to hide that, so it is written on every page where it is relevant.
What the suffixes in the names tell you
The abbreviations at the end of these names — B.V., N.V., SRL, Limitada, Limited, Ltd. — indicate the type of company and come from the company systems of different countries. B.V. and N.V. are forms of the Dutch tradition, SRL and Limitada of the Latin tradition, and Limited and Ltd. of the English tradition.
These suffixes tell you one thing and not another. They tell you the entity is registered in a system where that form exists. They do not tell you where the company is actually run from, who the people behind it are, or how old it is. We did not read the registration record of any of these companies, so there is no detail of registration date, address or ownership on this page.
One name looks different from the rest: 3–102–959384 SRL. Here the company name is not a word but a number. In some systems this is normal — a company receives a numeric identifier at registration and that stays its name. This is neither unusual nor suspicious in itself; it is simply an example of how far apart the name in the document and the name in the advertising can be.
One company, several brands
A common structure in this industry is that one company runs several sites. From outside they look different — different names, different colours, different welcome screens — and from inside their terms, payment arrangements and support can all come from the same place.
This is worth knowing because, when comparing two sites, the reader assumes they are two independent options. Sometimes they are not. For these ten operators we did not check whether more than one brand is recorded in the name of any one company, so there is no such cell in the table. A check we did not make does not get its result printed here.
Where this information is written
Finding the company name is not hard; it is just that nobody puts it in front of you. It is usually found in one of three places.
The first place is the opening paragraph of the terms and conditions, where it is stated who the agreement is between. The second place is the very bottom of the page, where the company name and often the licence details are printed together in fine print. The third place is the licence's own certificate or register entry, where the authority records the name of the company that received the licence.
The third place is the strongest, because it is outside the operator's own page. When the name written on the site and the name recorded in the register are the same, each confirms the other. When they differ, that is worth a look in itself — sometimes the reason is ordinary, such as the name of another entity in a group, and sometimes it is not.
Why licence and company are two separate cells
Company and licence sit in separate cells in the table, and that is deliberate.
The licence says whose register holds the entry. The company says whose name the document is in. The two go together, but neither can take the other's place: a licence number does not yield a company name, and a company name does not tell you whether the licence is valid. The methods for checking them differ too, and the detail of the licence check is on licences and registers.
In the Indian context
None of these companies is registered in India, and that is no coincidence. The Online Gaming (Promotion and Regulation) Act, 2025 prohibits online money gaming in India, so no Indian permission system exists for this category in which a company could be registered.
There is one further consequence that should be written plainly. Every one of these nine names is an entity recorded in some other country's system, meaning it operates within the rules of its own jurisdiction. Those names are recorded on this site because they are written in documents and the reader should be able to see them — not because they change anything in India. The frame of the law is set out separately on what the law says.
